Mike McMillan and his partner, Bill Hines, are the co-founders and partners of Cypress Healthcare Partners, formed in 1996. Mike has his undergraduate degree in Economics from UCLA, and his law degree from Loyola of Los Angeles. Before transitioning to healthcare management, Mike was a business/corporate/healthcare attorney in LA.

Mike focuses on Cypress’s Accounting/Finance, HR, Revenue Cycle Management (Billing & Collection), Credentialing/Provider Enrollment, Payer Contracting, IT and Legal Departments.
