WHAT WE DO
Cypress Healthcare Partners, LLC is a “physician practice management” company that provides a variety of administrative support to physicians, medical groups and hospital systems.
The administrative support services include medical billing and collection, provider credentialing and provider enrollment with health plans, practice operations, accounting, payroll, HR, IT, managed care contracting, EMR selection and implementation, healthcare benchmarking and analytics, provider and staff recruiting, medical facility design and construction, and more.
Cypress’s business model is based on the premise that the highest and best use of physicians’ and medical providers’ time is to see and treat patients. When physicians spend time on administrative tasks, like hiring and training a receptionist, reviewing EOBs, or overseeing accounts payable, they aren’t performing “at the top of their license.” Medical groups and their physicians are our clients, and everything we do is geared around making their practice of medicine easier and more productive.
Cypress provides its practice management services to about 300 physicians and other licenses medical providers, like physician assistants and nurse practitioners, mostly in Monterey County, in about 10 different practices and groups operating out of about 45 clinic locations.
We provide services to a wide variety of medical specialties, including family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics, urgent care, emergency medicine, ob/gyn, cardiology, cardiac surgery, vascular surgery, hospitalist medicine, pulmonology, intensivist medicine, neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, podiatry, general surgery, bariatric surgery, ENT, GI, psychiatry, behavioral health, physiatry, student health, infectious disease, palliative medicine, endocrinology, occupational medicine, plastic surgery and more.
