Dana Marshall is the Director of Human Resources at Cypress Healthcare Partners. She is responsible for overseeing the policies, activities and staff of the Human Resources department, while ensuring compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy. Throughout her career, Dana has worked with management and executive teams on a variety of human resources issues, including developing strategies to achieve business objectives, conducting needs assessments of organizations, recruiting/retaining talent to fit the goals/needs of the organization, designing and facilitating management training programs and improving employee productivity.

Dana earned a BA in Psychology from the University of California at Santa Barbara and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM-SCP. Dana loves volunteering, hiking and spending time with her family and her Labrador Retriever, Cali.
