In November 1996, a partnership of Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital and Cypress Healthcare Partners, LLC acquired Doctors on Duty. Cypress Healthcare Partners, LLC is the managing general partner of Doctors on Duty.

Cypress Healthcare Partners, LLC is a “physician practice management” company that provides a variety of administrative support to physicians, medical groups and hospitals.
